"I have been in my AD Home now for more than a year and a half. I am pleased with the outcome of the house.

From the beginning stages of planning I was confident that I would get the house that I was seeking because the AD Homes team took the time to listen to my ideas, they showed enthusiasm to what I wanted, provided solutions, displayed themselves as professional and straight forward to deal with.

The construction stage started as per the contractual date and it was completed within the time frame stated in the contract with AD Homes.

During the construction there was a few slight issues with the house which I highlighted to the supervisor.

The site supervisor and builders used their professionalism to deal with all the issues at hand throughout the construction.

After handover I contacted AD Homes regarding some missing items/other issues, they responded to my requests promptly and with desire to do the best job that they could.

Now the house is complete with no outstanding issues. I am extremely satisfied with the product produced by the AD Homes team.

I would like to thank AD Homes for their efforts, and also would like to highlight the Sales Consultant and the Administration lady for their outstanding efforts.
